Very Good

The location of this hotel is awesome. Close to the city center but at the same time isolated with its small backyard from the noise and rush of bussy streets.

The airconditioning was loud and we had a cockroach in our bathroom.

The staff were nice and approachable. The family room is big and clean.

There was an internet connection and kept telling the staff that we can't log in due to poor connection. Also, there was a very foul smell coming from the bathroom. There was also a leak after flushing.

They give me WiFi password but it doesn't work the internet very poor signal can't connect, and the tv has only 2channels, no outlet to charge the phone besides the bed.

Aircon is working super lamig Shower is so nice, heater is working, yung tubig is malakas The staff especially the front desk is very friendly and accommodating Very comfortable Free hot and cold drinking water. Every floor may water dispenser and mineral siya

Mahirap isara door pati pinto sa cr, need maayos Mali yung drainage sa cr kaya di agad naddrain pag nagsshower Walang chair para kainan but nanghiram kami monoblock and they gave it Ayun lang, overall it is a good and affordable hotel

Clean and big room and bathroom. Friendly staff

There is no lift, no hair dryer, no fridge, no phone so whenever we needed something we had to go down to the reception to ask. On arrival the bed sheet had blood stains so I put a "lavalava" on the bed to sleep. I was too tired to go down to the reception to ask for a new bed sheet. The location is a bit tricky, a lot of the taxi drivers or transportation we took didn't know where the place was.

Cheap but don't hope receive much attention

It's near some tourism spots, especially Rizal Park and the Museums. 15 to 20 minutes walking. The facilities are good for the price. It's clean. There's good shower, there's an air-con. It's cheap but not bad. If you can use some way of transportation, it's easy to walk around Manila from there.

The staff... they're not so gentle. Sometimes it's like you're totally on your own. I mean, they don't offer any service, they don't encourage you to ask for help or for information. It seems like they're indifferent with your presence there, hehe. I mean, you're a guest, so the minimum to be done is to be kind and attentive... The air-con. It's good to have an air-con working, but...he's really noise. Reaaaly! It bothers your sleeping time. And other sound: the birds. But not the ones in the wild, but a cage beside the room full of them. They sing a lot, and or course the sleeping time get so harmed.

Good value for money and to be it place where to oversleep.

Good location, quiet (no rush from streets, or from other rooms...), the room was clean, advantage of water supply on the hallway, functioning AC

Not possible to pay by card even though it says it is possible; Stuff was not very helpful, for our questions they recommend us to check Google. For transportation to airport, they called for us taxi however driver wanted to charge us more than unknown taxi from airport to hotel and even did not want to turn on taximeter. Dinner at the restaurant was not good for the money.
